Produced by Telesgôp, Fferm Fach is a series about food and where it comes from. Huge congratulations to Will Samuel and the team for securing series 3 & 4.
Phil Higginson and Manon Jones’ Yellow Barrels’ first foray into kids TV has proved a success. Series 2 of their mixed-media puppet series, Dreigiau Cadi, filmed on the picturesque Abergynolwyn Railway is now underway.

Tweedy & Fluff = Brethyn & Fflwff!
Tweedy & Fluff, the super cute and tactile stop frame series from Second Home Studios will launch on S4C’s Cyw next month. Twt Productions is delighted to be creating the Welsh version, Brethyn & Fflwff. Adapted brilliantly by Casia Wiliam a former Bardd Plant Cymru – Welsh Language Children’s Laureate – and voiced by the talented Tara Bethan, viewers are in for a treat!
Colour Blocks to air on S4C
Blociau Lliw, Aardman Animation’s colorful and attractive series will begin broadcasting on Cyw at 7am from October 2023.
As well as learning about colours, the series is full of wonderful songs. Lucky for us, our cast aren’t just talented voice actors but they’re fantastic singers. They are: Mared Williams, Gareth Elis, Gwawr Loader, Clare Hingott, Lily Beau and a recent WCMD graduate, Aled Gomer. It was a pleasure to work with such a talented team. A huge thank you to Music Director Dyfan Jones for directing and mixing the songs.
For this series, actor and director Geraint Morgan joined the team, stepping from the other side of the microphone to voice direct the series.
The scripts were brilliantly adapted by Dafydd Emyr and Caryl Parry Jones
The programs were recorded and mixed at Cranc Audio and the editor was Dewi Evans.
Colour Blocks – Blociau Lliw
This month is all about colours!
Twt Productions has recently started on a Welsh language version of the super-popular CBeebies show, Colour Blocks. There’s a pretty fast turnaround on this one, so we’ll be kicking off later this week by recording some of the series’ songs this week with talented MD Dyfan Jones before moving on to recording the dialogue at Cranc Audio.
Blociau Lliw will air on S4C’s pre-school block, Cyw in October.

Following a tender process, we’re very pleased to be one of the companies selected to be part of S4C’s Cartoon Dubbing Framework, which will see us dubbing cartoons for S4C for the next 4 years. We can’t wait!
Crawc! It’s Toad & Friends on S4C
Looking forward to working once again with Ho Ho Entertainment to bring Crawc a’i Ffrindiau (Croak and Friends) to S4C’s Cyw viewers soon.
Based on the Scotsman Kenneth Grahame’s classic books,
The Wind in the Willows, this new series is an adaptation of the recently-launched CGI show, Toad and Friends.
We can’t wait to get back into the studio later this month with some super duper Welsh voice talent!
Lab coats on, it’s time to learn!
Great to team up once again with Cracking Productions on a series of films for Public Health Wales. Filming across two locations, Heath Hospital in Cardiff and Singleton in Swansea, we’re loving getting out lab coats on and learning how the Microbiology department ticks.
New commission in super-speedy time!
We’ll be back in studio next week with Caru Canu a Stori series 3.

Celebrating Libraries Week with a Booktrust reading
Did you know that October 3-9 is Libraries Week? As luck would have it, we had the opportunity to celebrate Wales’s fab libraries by filming Dafydd Lennon, Cyw’s brand new presenter, doing a reading for Booktrust Cymru’s ‘Pori Drwy Stori ‘ featured book, ‘Yr Arth a’i llyfr arbennig’ at the Hub in Llandaf North, Cardiff.
Lovely venue, friendly team, great coffee and a fabulous book read – the perfect way to spend a breezy autumnal morning.

Voice over projects
When the sun shines, we head…..into the voice over booth!
This month has seen us work with both regular and new clients.
Once again, we were delighted to work with Ho Ho Entertainment, casting and voice directing a teaser for their brand new kids property, Toddler Time.
Ho Ho have teamed up with Toddler Time creator Gail Penston to develop her successful books into a brand new pre-school animation property. The teaser, animated by Bumpy Box, will be available to view at this year’s CMC in Sheffield.
It was a pleasure for us to work with a new client, Pukka Films recently, adapting English language scripts into Welsh, casting and voice directing two films for the Crown Prosecution Services. The films were voiced brilliantly by Mali Harris.
