Channel 5’s popular cartoon, ‘Shane the Chef ‘ will air on S4C next year.
We’re delighted to be working with the producers,
Ho Ho Entertainment on re-versioning ‘Shane’ from English to Welsh.
As well as working with excellent, experienced voice artists such as:
Steffan Rhodri; Eiry Thomas; Geraint Morgan and Siôn Pritchard,
we’ve cast 4 delightful youngsters.
We’re delighted that S4C has re-commissioned our pre-school vehicle show, ‘Oli Wyn’.
Filming began in September, kicking off in North Wales filming one of Hufenfa De Arfon’s milk tankers; then a diesel train at the Snowdon Mountain Railway and last, but not least, The Great Orme Tramway in Llandudno.
Thanks to Storm Helene, the weather wasn’t always great, but the welcome was as warm as can be!
Series 2 will air in the Spring of 2019
Spring for Twt productions has been all about casting and producing, kicking off with casting sixth formers to present a series of GCSE revision tips for Grain Media and BBC Bitesize. During the casting process, we were once again taken aback by the natural talent displayed by Welsh pupils and succeeded in casting pupils from Glantaf, Llanharri, Maes y Gwendraeth, Maes Garmon and Ysgol Morgan Llwyd for #meddwlarwaith.
From the academic to the practical. Working for Cracking Productions, we cast and produced a series of CPR training videos for the British Heart Foundation. Talented presenters Miriam Isaac and Alun Williams were at the helm.
The Twt Productions team have been busy working on a brand new series for S4C’s children’s service, Cyw. The series introduces Cyw’s young viewers to all sorts of vehicles and is presented by a puppet called Oli Wyn. Our talented puppeteer and voice artist is Meilyr Siôn.
We’ve travelled all over Wales in search of some great vehicles to feature, including a Boat Hoist in Haverforwest, a Steam Train and Fire Engine in Aberystwyth, a JCB in Newport and a Transporter Lorry in Swansea, to name but a few.
Filming in the winter months is always a risk weather wise, but we managed to avoid the worst of it right up to our studio dates, when the snow closed in on us, meaning that we had to cancel our first day! But all’s well than ends well – the team managed to make it into work the following day.
The series will air on Fridays from March 30th, 2018
